IMPROVING efficiency accountability and alignment: OKRs
£700 - 2 hours training. Audience: Leaders and Managers.
What it covers: What it covers: As one of Google’s early employees, Marion’s learned the art of OKRs from the top. OKRs may not be a new tool but it is a tested and proven method to improving efficiency, accountability and alignment in a company - particularly essential in this era of remote working.OKRs as a tool comes from the tech world but is adaptable to any company, of any size and in any sector. In this workshop, leaders and managers will understand what OKRs is (and is not!), how OKRs fuel several company objectives and how to implement OKRs. We also cover SMART goal setting. This workshop can be followed by an OKRs Clinic, where employees share during 15 minutes slots their OKRs draft with Marion and get tangible guidance to do them right. This clinic can be booked separately from the workshop.
CREATING IMPACTFUL PRESENTATIONS
£700 - 2 hours training. Audience: Management team, leaders, managers.
What it covers: Creating and delivering presentations internally or at public events is not everyone’s cup of tea! However, presentations play a major role in a manager’s ability to take his team where it needs to be and in a Leader’s ability to present his company to investors or to share a vision with his entire workforce. In this training, delivered by an Executive Coach, ex C-Level Executive and Public Speaker, you’ll learn how to build a presentation using a flow that tells a memorable message, based on content that takes into account both your audience and your goals. We’ll also touch on delivery, with a few powerful tips!
HELPING NEW MANAGERS UP THEIR GAME
£1000 - 4 hours training. Audience: Newly appointed managers, HR departments, and managers who could do with a new take on their role.
What it covers: We know that only about one third of employees feel “engaged” in their role. Managers hold the key to productivity. Employees don’t leave companies, they leave their manager.
Sole contributors who over-performed are naturally given the opportunity to become managers. However, there is a complete shift of skills and attitudes required when someone becomes a manager and - unless he’s been lucky enough to be managed in the past by brilliant managers themselves - they don’t have a guide book to settle into this new role and lead their team towards success. This presentation is based on the Better Manager method and offers a no-nonsense introduction or refresher to the role of manager. The Do’s and the Don’ts, the tips and the tools to empower managers to perform at high level, within weeks.
the 8 desirable behaviours of tech companies
£600 - 1 hour training. Audience: Leadership, management team, managers and HR department.
What it covers: The 8 behaviors of tech companies affect Talent, Leadership and Efficiency. Based on her 20 years of experience working for companies such as Google and Eventbrite, Marion will unveil what these behaviors are, and how to adopt them in your organisation, whether or not your company is tech-led.
What to expect at c-level
£600 - 1 hour training. Audience: CEO and Founders, newly appointed C-level Executives, aspiring C-Level Executives, HR department.
What it covers: Reaching C-Level is the epitome of anyone’s career and it only happens to the few who have consistently demonstrated that they can lead and over-deliver, based on solid business acumen. However, what is not often disclosed is that there is a complete skill-shift between Director or VP level and C-Level. At C-Level, leaders are left to fend for themselves and to figure out what their new role exactly entails as time passes. But they don’t have time! This training, delivered by Marion who’s been operating at C-level since 2012 and who now coaches Founders, CEOs, CMOs, CPOs... covers 8 realities of any C-Level role and how to make the most of them, for the benefit of the company.
managing change and driving a culture of agility
£700 - 90 minutes training. Audience: Managers and Leaders, HR department.
What it covers: In any organisation, change is happening increasingly fast and often, due to globalisation and digitalisation. This means that - amongst your workforce - agility and the ability to deal with ambiguity are both key ingredients for success.
Change is a “brain thing”. It is therefore important for leaders to understand the mechanisms and rules of change - as a process, in order to harness change and to turn their team into an agile, change-friendly workforce. This training is delivered by Marion who was an early employee of Google and Eventbrite, two extremely agile organisations, and who is now an Executive Coach helping leaders adapt, with their team, to fast-changing circumstances.
